Effective treatment starts with effective diagnosis. The survey is the single most important stage in the eradication of dampness and decay.

Our surveyors are Certified Timber Infestation Surveyors, Certified Remedial Dampness Surveyors and Certified Surveyors in Remedial Treatment ( CTIS, CRDS and CSRT ). These national qualifications are the benchmarks of the remedial treatment surveyor, awarded by an independent panel of examiners in strict examinations in association with the British Wood Preserving and Damp Proofing Association and the Institute of Wood Science .

This standard should be the minimum requirement for any surveyor carrying out remedial treatment surveys. It is a criteria all too often overlooked, but can be used to distinguish the professional from the not so professional.

Our Surveyors are also members of the Institute Wood Science and are honoury associates of the institute of remedial treatment surveyors.
