Our surveyors are fully qualified, holding CTIS, CRDS, CSRT and CSSW qualifications. These national qualifications are the benchmarks of the remedial treatment surveyor, awarded by an independent panel of examiners in strict examinations in association with the British Wood Preserving and Damp Proofing Association and the Institute of Wood Science.

Our Surveyors are also members of the Institute of Wood Science.

This standard should be the minimum requirement for any surveyor carrying out remedial treatment surveys. It is a criteria all too often overlooked, but can be used to distinguish the professional from the not so professional.

RTC is the only remedial treatment company based on the Fylde Coast with fully qualified surveyors.

We are pleased to advise many discerning independent professionals throughout the region and are regularly asked to provide independent surveys and reports in situations where only a fully qualified opinion is acceptable.
