Property Care Association, Qualified Technicians Exam (PCAQT)

RTC are proud to announce that remedial technicians, Kevin Ashcroft, Ben Willacy, Joshua Bradshaw, Michael Green and Richard Bates have all recently passed their Property Care Association, Qualified Technicians Exam (PCAQT).

The examination which allows them to put the letters PCAQT after their names is a fitting tribute to their experience, hard work and commitment.

The PCA qualified technicians examination covers not only the technical aspects of damp proofing and wood preservation it also covers in-depth health and safety issues and legal requirements.

There senior technicians have also already gained their NVQ level 2 in wood preserving and damp proofing and there are very few companies nationally who can boast RTC’s credentials.

Andrew Bradshaw co-founder and partner of RTC said “We decided to put their names forward for the qualification owing to their knowledge and professionalism in which they carry out their work.

“We are extremely delighted for all of them and they should all be very proud”.
