RTC offer a wide range of long-term guarantees for up to 20 years including genuine independent insurance backed cover from the Guarantee Protection Insurance Company, (GPI) and the Property Guarantee Administration, (PGA).

All our guarantees provide cover for both workmanship and materials and are transferable to each owner of the property for the balance of the guarantee period.
